Plans for Lhant and Asbel. (Adulthood, +Lambda)

- Until end of video. Also includes the fact that as soon as Asbel left, Richard began preparing for troops to move to invade Lhant.
- This seemed completely reasonable at the time.
- It's partially a loyalty test for Asbel. Richard is both jealously grasping at Asbel and more or less daring him towards betrayal. Because that's healthy.
